PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new clients and establish new relationships through cold and warm calling, social media, networking and referrals
  • Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust with prospects
  • Ability to demonstrate the value of our services. Use this knowledge, combined with the client’s needs to grow the business
  • Able to develop leads, uncover needs and offer appropriate solutions over the phone.
  • Able to function in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals
  • Maintains the established standards for the minimum number of contacts and talk time per day
  • Maintain a database of contacts through documentation of activity
  • Work closely with management to grow and establish existing and new business development strategies
  • Maintains a current knowledge of market activities within the relevant industries and with our competitors
  • Communicates this information to management on a regular basis

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • At least 2 – 5 years previous sales account management/staffing experience with a proven solid track record
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Can demonstrate proven creative lead generation methods
  • Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment
  • High energy, drive, and work ethic
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excel proficiency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
