At Townsend & Associates we are currently looking for a bright, dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. Whether you are fresh out of college or currently enrolled, this position can work around your class schedule or can be full time.

Townsend & Associates has a successful in house training program for our recruiting staff. This position is great for individuals who are interested in recruiting but lack the experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Recruiters with all aspects of recruiting

  • Assist with Job Postings, Resume Searches & Submittals
  • Track status of open jobs
  • Track Candidate Status during the recruitment process
  • Conduct References
  • Obtain and track applicant documentation such as applications and other necessary paperwork.
  • Work on Pipeline Projects
  • Some recruiting on lower level positions
  • Take Client Conference Call Notes
  •  Various reporting for recruiters and company
