Membership Coordinator

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurate assignment of correct customer identifiers and master data
  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Research and determine customer eligibility as requested
  • Resolve large volumes of customer related errors
  • Work closely with Chargeback Analysts

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with MS Excel
  • Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to details
