Responsibilities Include:
- Accurate assignment of correct customer identifiers and master data
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Research and determine customer eligibility as requested
- Resolve large volumes of customer related errors
- Work closely with Chargeback Analysts
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience with MS Excel
- Must have high degree of accuracy and attention to details
