Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform customer service activities for assigned markets
  • Endure timely and accurate processing of customers orders
  • Coordinate export documents for each shipment, customizing these to meet the individual customer requirements
  • Timely and accurate invoicing

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • 1 to 3 years of MS Excel and MS Outlook experience
  • Ability to problem solve and work in fast pace environment
  • Import, Export and Logistics experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
