Responsibilities Include:

  • Heavy calendar management: scheduling meetings  and appointments
  • Manage and arrange all travel
  • Work with outside vendors to provide support when needed with meeting scheduling
  • Manage purchase orders
  • Prepare expense reports and track payment invoices
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Manage document resources on Share Point Site
  • Order office supply when needed
  • Any additional assignments as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Ariba and Share Point
  • Must have great oral and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
